 Health for Life

We are very excited to tell you about Rubery Nursery School’s involvement with Health for Life in Nursery Schools, as supported by Mondalez and Services for Education.

The children in Nursery are keen to share their experiences of growing their own vegetable and herb plants.

We will be taking good care of all the plants that we grow in nursery and, fingers crossed, we will be able to share some of the produce with our families!

There will be plenty of opportunities for all of our families to join in with our Health for Life project, growing your own veg, herbs and even edible flowers!

Your child will bring home a growing kit for you to plant peas seeds at home.

We appreciate that not everyone has outdoor space, so please feel free to return your plants to Nursery when they are too big and the children can look after them here and bring home any peas.
