We pride ourselves on good relationships with our school community.  We love reading your comments on our Tapestry Learning Journals and hearing your views at parent consultations and events.  We are constantly striving to offer the best experience for all of the children and their families in our care. 

We know from time to time parents/carers can have worries.  Please share these with your key person.  We also ensure there is a senior leader avaiable on the doors at the beginning and end of the sessions for you to speak to.  You can send us an email.  Please allow three working days for someone to respond to your queries.  If you feel the need to make a complaint.  The policy is avaiable on our policy page.
